You can tap into your divine feminine energy when you open and express yourself through you Sacral Chakra. Through dance, movement, playing dress up, and getting creative. Once you’ve awakens the goddess/god within, your creativity juices flow over. Notice any new ideas or inspirations and take action on them. YOU are the creator of your journey after all, & born for greatness my dear. ✨ 🍯 •The aspects of this chakra are: procreation, family and fantasy. The earth element of Muladhara chakra dissolves into the water element, thus showing it connection to the previous chakra. This chakra deals with emotions, sexuality, creativity, intimacy, reproduction, pleasure and personal relationships. •Unbalanced Svadhisthana Chakra: An imbalanced chakra results in too much yang dominating the life of the human being. Healthwise, physically, the person may suffer from lowe back pains while, psychologically, he or she will be a subject of trust issues, emotional instabilities, and sexual repression. These are the symptoms of a highly active Svadhisthana Chakra whereas the symptoms of a not-so-active chakra are frigidity, lack of inspiration and negotiation skills etc. 🍯 •Balanced Svadhisthana Chakra: A balanced chakra makes the human more emotionally and creatively balanced. He or she will not be affected by the highs and lows of relationships, life, career, creativity etc. Neither that person will be scared to express his/her sexuality or other emotional needs. The person will be free from the blockages of ego and control issues. Great problem-solving skills can also be another symptom of a balanced chakra. Often, our creative pursuits or focus get driven away by our emotional impulses, anger, frustration etc. A balanced chakra makes the person more self-aware, thus, resulting in a better concentration and energy. 🍯 Are you feeling balnced in your Sacral Chakra?
